Joe Duplantier — front man of the groundbreaking metal band Gojira — is well known for the huge palette of tones that he's able to elicit from his straightforward Charvel Joe Duplantier Signature solidbody electric guitars. The Joe Duplantier San Dimas Style 2's slab body is loaded with a duo of Duncan Designed humbucking pickups for punishing the input of your amp. This signature model boasts custom features, such as a compound-radius fretboard and a truss rod adjustment thumbwheel at an affordable price point.

Condition:

This instrument is in excellent, near mint condition. The techs found no other issues and it has little to no play wear. It looks, plays and sounds great! Please see pictures for overall condition of the guitar. The actual item for sale is shown in the photographs.

These guitars are sent directly from the manufacturer to the authorized refurbishing center where they are fully inspected, set up and cleared by a certified technician. They are sent there for many reasons, including: returns, cosmetic flaws, minor repairs, surplus & discontinued or last years models. The guitars serial number may be partially altered and/or replaced and the back of the headstock is lightly stamped "used" by the authorized refurbishing center per manufacturer agreements.
