The limited edition EVH Star is a modern interpretation of (although not quite a re-creation of) one of the guitars that Eddie Van Halen used to attain the early Van Halen sound. Experience resonant tone, sustain, and crunch thanks to a basswood body and single EVH Wolfgang humbucker. Fire off cool stutter effects with the momentary kill switch. Outfitted with a comfortable maple neck and fast-playing ebony compound-radius fingerboard, blasting our pummeling riffs or lightning licks has never been easier. Beyond that, a Tuna-Matic Stoptail bridge yields massive sustain. The EVH Ltd Ed Star is teeming with classic Van Halen vibe, but most importantly, it provides killer tone and lightning-fast playability. Includes EVH Star gigbag!

This instrument is in excellent, near mint condition. The techs found no issues and it has little to no play wear. It looks, plays and sounds great! Please see pictures for overall condition of the guitar. The actual item for sale is shown in the photographs.

We are an authorized dealer for brand approved manufacturer refurbished guitars. These guitars are sent directly from the manufacturer to the authorized refurbishing center where they are fully inspected, set up and cleared by a certified technician. They are sent there for many reasons, including: returns, cosmetic flaws, minor repairs, surplus & discontinued or last years models. The guitars serial number may be partially altered and/or replaced and the back of the headstock is lightly stamped "used" by the authorized refurbishing center per manufacturer agreements.
