Some of the most highly-regarded guitars in history have many similarities to the affordable and popular LTD EC-256. The LTD EC-256 takes many of the coolest aspects of our higher-end EC Series models, and offers them to you in a super-affordable guitar that's ready to rock.

A classic shape that's excellent for all musical styles and genres, the EC-256 looks amazing with multiple binding on the body and headstock like you expect from high-quality guitars. Playing the EC-256 is also a dream come true, with set-neck construction for fast and easy access to the highest frets.


The EC-256 also features a mahogany body, a comfortable and fast thin U-shaped mahogany neck, and a fingerboard with waveform inlays and 22 extra-jumbo frets. This guitar features our acclaimed ESP Designed LH-150 humbucking pickups that offer great tone for all genres of music, and the tone flexibility of coil-splitting controlled by a push-pull switch on the tone knob.

This instrument is in excellent, near mint condition. The techs found no flaws or issues and it has little to no play wear. It looks, plays and sounds great! Please see pictures for overall condition of the guitar. The actual item for sale is shown in the photographs.

These guitars are sent directly from the manufacturer to the authorized refurbishing center where they are fully inspected, set up and cleared by a certified technician. They are sent there for many reasons, including: returns, cosmetic flaws, minor repairs, surplus & discontinued models. The guitars serial number may be partially altered and/or replaced and the back of the headstock is lightly stamped "used" by the authorized refurbishing center per manufacturer agreements.
