The D'Angelico Premier Series Bowery Cutaway Dreadnought acoustic-electric guitar offers full, resonant tone with clear articulation. Its solid spruce top and mahogany neck provide a rich midrange with defined lows and highs. The Bowery Cutaway's deep cutaway allows complete access to the ovangkol fretboard, while its lightweight body and satin neck guarantee playing comfort. Vintage-inspired appointments include antique bronze hardware, a minimal rosette, and new finishes. Plug in to the Fishman Presys pickup system for amplified performance.

The Bowery Cutaway's solid spruce top and mahogany neck produce full-bodied tone with strong foundation and overtones. Spruce is a preferred top wood for its resonance and articulation. Mahogany adds warmth, depth and sustain. Together, these tonewoods generate a balanced acoustic voice with clear lows, rich mids and sparkling highs.

The Bowery's deep cutaway allows unimpeded access to the ovangkol fretboard's upper frets. Ovangkol shares similar tonal qualities with rosewood, producing a crisp, balanced tone. The cutaway's enhanced playability invites ambitious soloing, complex chords and intricate fingerpicking.

Weighing under 4lb., the Bowery Cutaway's lightweight body reduces shoulder strain for long playing sessions. Its satin neck provides a smooth, fast feel under the fingers without sticking. The neck's C-shaped profile fits comfortably in the hand.

Condition:

This instrument is in excellent, near mint condition. The techs found no flaws or issues and it has little to no play wear. It looks, plays and sounds great! Unlike most of our refurbished guitars, this guitar still has its original serial numbers. Please see pictures for overall condition of the guitar. The actual item for sale is shown in the photographs.

We are an authorized dealer for brand approved manufacturer refurbished guitars. These guitars are sent directly from the manufacturer to the authorized refurbishing center where they are fully inspected, set up and cleared by a certified technician. They are sent there for many reasons, including: returns, cosmetic flaws, minor repairs, surplus & discontinued or last years models. The guitars serial number may be partially altered and/or replaced and the back of the headstock is lightly stamped "used" by the authorized refurbishing center per manufacturer agreements.
