Description & Specs

Designed to continue the legacy pioneered by the immortal Randy Rhoads, the Jackson X Series Rhoads RRX24-MG7 is a slick shred machine engineered for metal and other genres that require faster tempos. The RRX24-MG7 features a 26.5" scale length, a poplar body and a through-body maple neck with graphite reinforcement to resist warping and a scarf joint for reduced playing fatigue. Designed for an extended sonic palette, this V-style 7-string beast is equipped with EMG 81-7H bridge and EMG 85-7H neck humbucking pickups that blend powerful intensity, fluid sustain and muscular growl for blistering leads that slice through even the densest mix. A three-way switch allows you to take full command of your sound while the Floyd Rose Special 7-string double-locking tremolo system gives you the power to perform aggressive dive bombs and harmonic squeals without sacrificing tuning stability.
