X Series Kelly models exude metal sophistication, while also delivering massive sound and reliable performance at an exceptional value.

The X Series Kelly KEXQ features lightweight and resonant poplar body-wings with a quilt maple top, one-piece through-body maple neck with graphite reinforcement and scarf joint, and a 12”-16” compound radius laurel fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and pearloid sharkfin inlays.

This axe is also equipped with a pair of volcanic Jackson high-output humbucking bridge and neck pickups, single volume and tone controls, three-way toggle switch and a Floyd Rose Special double-locking tremolo system that provides amazing tone, exceptional dynamic response and reliable performance.

The KEXQ is available in a gloss Cherry Burst finish with chrome hardware and white binding along the body, neck and Jackson pointed 6-in-line headstock

Condition:

The guitar had a finish flaw professionally repaired on the bottom edge (see pics). It was re-clear coated in the area and is smooth to the touch. The authorized technicians reported no issues and it has little to no play wear. It looks, plays and sounds great! The actual item for sale is shown in the photographs.

These guitars are sent directly from the manufacturer to the authorized refurbishing center where they are fully inspected, set up and cleared by a certified technician. The guitars are sent there for many reasons, including: cosmetic flaws, minor repairs, surplus & discontinued or last years models. The guitars are given a new serial number and the back of the headstock is lightly stamped "used" or "2nd" by the authorized refurbishing center. These guitars are the next best thing to buying new!
