The JS Series Kelly Bird Bass truly delivers thunderous tone with formidable looks based on Jackson’s classic Kelly body style.

The Kelly Bird JS3Q four-string bass features a 34”-scale length, a lightweight poplar body with a quilt maple top, bolt-on maple neck with graphite reinforcement and scarf joint and a 12”-16” compound radius bound amaranth fingerboard with 21 jumbo frets and pearloid block inlays.

Dual Jackson high-output humbucking bass pickups create earthshaking sound that can be tweaked and refined thanks to its two volume controls and three-band active EQ, while a Jackson HiMass bridge provides solid stability, improved sustain and warmer tone.

Loaded with vibe and value, the JS3Q is available in Transparent Blue Burst or Transparent Red Burst with all-black hardware.

Condition:

This instrument is in excellent, near mint condition. It has a small dent on the tip of the headstock (see pics) The techs found no other issues and it has little to no play wear. It looks, plays and sounds great! Please see pictures for overall condition of the guitar. The actual item for sale is shown in the photographs.

These guitars are sent directly from the manufacturer to the authorized refurbishing center where they are fully inspected, set up and cleared by a certified technician. They are sent there for many reasons, including: returns, cosmetic flaws, minor repairs, surplus & discontinued or last years models. The guitars serial number may be partially altered and/or replaced and the back of the headstock is lightly stamped "used" by the authorized refurbishing center per manufacturer agreements.
