The vital feature of all Gretsch resonator guitars is the Gretsch Ampli-Sonic™ diaphragm (resonator cone), which is hand-spun in Eastern Europe from nearly 99 percent pure aluminum, yielding an impressive quality and volume of tone.

This instrument is in excellent, near mint condition. It has a small amount of play wear ( few scuff marks on the resonator) The techs found no other flaws or issues and it has little to no play wear. It looks, plays and sounds great! Please see pictures for overall condition of the guitar. The actual item for sale is shown in the photographs.

These guitars are sent directly from the manufacturer to the authorized refurbishing center where they are fully inspected, set up and cleared by a certified technician. They are sent there for many reasons, including: returns, cosmetic flaws, minor repairs, surplus & discontinued models. The serial numbers on the guitars may be partially altered and/or replaced and the back of the headstock is lightly stamped "used" by the authorized refurbishing center per manufacturer agreements.
