Epiphone's Masterbilt AJ-500RCE Acoustic/Electric guitar introduces one the most legendary acoustic guitars in music history, the mighty powerful dreadnaught, to the critically acclaimed Masterbilt Series with a beautiful cutaway and finish.

As with all Masterbilts, the AJ-500RCE features a Solid Sitka spruce top. The AJ-500RCE has a modern stylish cutaway, hand-scalloped Sitka spruce braces, and mahogany kerfing along with a rosewood bridge and bone saddle. One of the great attributes of a Sitka spruce top is that it gets better with age – and playing time. The AJ-500RCE's historic dreadnaught shape contributes its powerful tone mid-range projection. The rosewood bridge features a vintage classic 1.69 bone nut. The dreadnaught's classic profile top has 5-ply binding, 3-ply binding on the headstock, and single-ply binding on the neck along with a tortoise-style pickguard
