Description & Specs

The Epiphone Emperor Swingster excels in a wide range of genres, including jazz, blues, rockabilly, country and rock. This hollowbody has a 5-ply layered maple body, mahogany neck with a comfortable and fast-playing SlimTaper profile, Indian laurel fretboard with block inlays, mother-of-pearl Epiphone and Tree of Life inlays on the large Clipped Dove Wing headstock, Grover Rotomatic tuning machines and two Epiphone SwingBucker pickups, each with a dedicated volume and tone control.

The Emperor Swingers has push/pull switches built into each volume control to provide series/parallel switching for the pickups, and along with the 3-way toggle pickup selector switch, give you a broad selection of tonal options. The LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge is mounted on a pinned wooden base, so it won't move out of place when you use the licensed Bigsby vibrato with wire handle.
